"Accessible room made the stay easy"
I booked through redroof.com and requested an accessible room, and thankfully it was ready when we arrived with no hassle. I always worry about losing that kind of setup when traveling because it can really make or break the stay, but the bathroom grab bars and extra space were exactly what we needed. The staff was nice about everything too, which made it feel even easier. Overall, it was a smooth stay and I’d be comfortable booking it again

I was relieved by how easy the parking was. I pulled in and found a spot just a few steps from my room, close enough that I could see my car from the window. No circling around, no awkward tight spaces, and no dragging my bag across the whole lot. Little thing, but it made check-in feel so much smoother.

Booking was quick and the deposit info was easy to understand. I had a small question, and support basically said, “Yep, that’s the amount upfront and there won’t be any extra surprise charges,” which matched what I saw at checkout. No weird fees popped up, so overall it was a smooth experience.

"Felt Safe and Comfortable!!"
I booked through redroof and overall had a good stay!! The place felt safe, which was really important to me. The parking lot was well lit, the front desk seemed to be checking people in properly, and the side doors needed a key to get in. It wasn’t perfect since the hallway got a little noisy at night, but i still felt okay staying there

The Wi-Fi worked most of the time, but it seemed to drop often at night. Not sure if it was the service or something on the setup side, but it was a bit frustrating when it happened

I was surprised by how comfy the bed was. I slept better than I expected, and the pillows were decent too. It’s not anything fancy, but if you’re just looking for a solid night’s sleep, I’d say it’s a good choice.

As soon as I walked in, I had the feeling the room was bigger than I’d expected. There was plenty of space, and the layout just made sense, especially with all our bags. It felt easy to settle in without feeling cramped.

I stayed here and it had the basics I was looking for, mainly Wi-Fi and parking, which made things easy. Nothing fancy, and there were a couple small things that could’ve been better, but overall it worked fine for my stay.

"Room temp was perfect all night"
Stayed at Red Roof for one night and, the room temperature was the highlight. I got in late, turned the AC down a little, and it cooled the room off fast without sounding like a jet engine, which I really appreciated.
I slept comfortably the whole night and didn’t wake up sweating or freezing. It’s a small thing, but it made the stay way better. I’d definitely stay again, and I wouldn’t complain if Red Roof sent a few loyalty points or a little credit my way for sharing the good experience.

"Easy stay with my dog"
I booked through Red Roof for a quick road trip with my dog, it was really easy. I think a lot of pet owners would appreciate that pets actually feel welcome here instead of being treated like a hassle. Check-in was simple, the room was fine, and nobody made a big deal about my pup being with me. For anyone traveling with a dog, this was a smooth experience, and I’d definitely use them again

"Easy cancellation and a quick refund"
I had to cancel my booking at the last minute and was bracing myself for a whole headache. But it was actually really straightforward on the site, and the refund came through quicker than I expected. No weird steps, no back-and-forth, nothing confusing. I always had the impression this company was more reliable than some of the others, and this pretty much confirmed it for me. "Decent stay, but the billing was a little confusing"
Booking on redroof.com was easy overall, but uh, the final price wasn’t as clear as I expected. I thought I was looking at the full total, and then taxes and a couple extra charges popped up later in the process.

The hotel itself was fine for what I paid, nothing really surprising or bad. I just wish the site showed the actual full amount a little earlier so I knew exactly what I was agreeing to.
I’d probably book again, but next time I’d definitely slow down and double-check the bill before hitting confirm.

My room was clean, and there weren’t any weird smells or anything like that, which I always notice right away. that’s usually the first thing I check when I walk in, kind of funny, but it makes a big difference. Overall, it felt comfortable and easy.
